There’s a delicious indoor-outdoor flow here, with outside living on the covered terrace offering a new dimension. Chuck on a throw for evening chat and hang around outside on the terrace seating with Prosecco from the bar, pizza from the oven and Nespresso from the machine. Finish off around the firepit.

Cooking’s a pleasure in a kitchen like this, complete with double oven, five-burner gas hob, two full-height fridges, freezer and two dishwashers. Pop out into the village to The Black Swan for tapas nights, pie nights, curry nights and karaoke nights. Try The Bricklayers Arms in Laxton for a piping hot, plate-busting Sunday roast and a warm welcome. Or head to The Greene Inn in Rawcliffe for wagyu steak, lamb shoulder or duck breast.
Get out to the beautiful village of Barmby-on-the-Marsh for fresh Italian pizza and pasta at Lorenzo’s. Try Florena’s in Howden for wood-fired pizza and great service. Or book a table at The Peppered Pig in East Cowick for fish and chips with mushy peas, flat-iron steak or a ‘pig mac’ burger.
Bedrooms
