General Information

• Sleeps up to 42 adults and 6 children

• All bedrooms en-suite
• West Cottage and East Cottage are located on the estate, separate from the main barn. These cottages are not let separately and are for larger groups staying in the main barn only, guests staying in them have access to all of the barn facilities.

• Please note: There is a small pond within the estate grounds, behind the pool house, which is not fenced please supervise children if venturing outside of the courtyard

• 2 Steps within ground floor to access bedrooms and cinema room
• No ramp available, guests must bring their own
• Lounge and snug areas are on the first floor

Payment Process

• We take a one third deposit at the time of booking
• The balance is due three months before the date booked

Cautionary Deposit

• £1,000 refundable deposit
• Additional £500 refundable deposit for larger groups using the cottages
