- The Barns sleep up to 20 guests alone. Or up to 39 when booked with The Dairy Farm (additional cost)
- There are six bedrooms, four of which are connected and can be self-contained
- Two of the bedrooms are independent
- All bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms
- Three of the rooms have super kingsize beds, two have kingsize and one with twin beds, that can be converted to a double
- 4 double sofa beds and 2 single pull-out beds available
Cooking and Dining
- The Dairy Kitchen, which will comfortably seat 20, is available for an additional charge.
- Fully equipped kitchens in most of the suites
- Fantastic chef available for a special meal or throughout the weekend
- Drop off meals available

Payment Process
- We take a one third deposit at the time of booking
- The balance is due three months before the date booked
Cautionary Deposit
- £750 refundable damage deposit
House Restrictions
- Up to two well behaved dogs welcome, at an additional charge
- Please note there is a lake less than 50 meters from the house
- Noise policy in place
