Payment Process

• We take a one-third deposit at the time of booking
• The balance is due three months before the date booked

Cautionary Deposit

• £500 refundable deposit

House Restrictions

• Up to two well-behaved dogs welcome, sleeping in the utility area
• No fireworks please
• Not suitable for stag parties

Arrival and Departure

• Check in is 4pm
• Check out is 4pm on a Sunday and 10am on other days
