Lusty Glaze beach is home to a great outdoor activity centre with rock climbing and zip-wires on the beach.

Close by to Edge 24 is a new high spec tennis centre with indoor courts, Koncept Gym is less than 50 metres away and has a full cardio and strength suite.

The award winning Trenance gardens and boating lake are also less than five minute’s walk away, so get on the boat and paddle the day away.

There are over ten beaches nearby including Britain’s number one surfing spot Fistral Beach: home to many surf competitions over the year. Other beaches include the more family friendly Towan beach (with calmer seas), Great Western, Watergate Bay home of Jamie Oliver’s Fifteen restaurant and further out the National Trust spectacular Bedruthen Steps.

Cornwall is a tourist destination hot spot, with towns such as Falmouth, Padstow, Looe, Penzance all attracting world wide visitors.

Spend a day out on the open water and try and spot the bottle nosed dolphins with the Paddlefish Adventure team.

Pack your clubs. Spend the day on the green at Newquay Golf Club working on your handicap.
