• 2 additional z-beds suitable for children under 5 years available at £30 per bed

EACH LODGE

• Sleeps up to 8
• 4 bedrooms
• 4 en-suite
• One lodge is included in the pricing along with the main hall, the second lodge is at an additional fee and subject to availability

Children Welcome

• 2 travel cots per accommodation available on request - linen not provided
• 2 high chairs for main hall and 1 for each lodge available on request

• No smoking permitted (including e-cigarettes); a designated smoking area can be found outside in the courtyard
• Noise policy in place
• Respectful use required of the outdoor hot tubs at the lodges
• Weddings welcome
• Sorry, no additional day guests permitted
• Please be advised that the additional lodge accommodation on the estate may be occupied during your stay if not booked by your group, this has private access, grounds and parking.

Arrival and Departure

• Check in 4pm
• Check out 12pm Sunday
• Check out at 10am (other days)
• Two night Midweek check-in is 12pm Tuesday, check-out 4pm Thursday

Payment Process

• We take a one third deposit at the time of booking
• The balance is due three months before the date booked
