• 14 TVs with Freeview ranging from a 55” down. All bedrooms have TVs. Communal areas have large screen Smart HD TVs and a number of TVs have DVD players (DVDs not provided)

Location & Booking

Payment Process

• We take a one-third deposit at the time of booking
• The balance is due three months before the date booked

Cautionary Deposit

• £1,000 refundable deposit

House Restrictions

• Two dogs permitted, subject to rules: 1: must not worry livestock; 2: must remain downstairs at all times; 3: must not be left alone indoors; 4: Owners must clear up after dog fouling in the fenced area and nearby areas used by others (driveways, hard-standing areas etc.); 5: Additional £25 charge per dog
• No hot air floating lanterns
• Fireworks use is subject to prior agreement and supervised use
• Noise policy in place
• Stag and hen parties welcome
• Weddings welcome

• Check in is 4pm
• Check out is 10am
• Check out on Sundays is 4pm
