- The balance is due three months before the date booked

- £500 refundable deposit
House Restrictions
- Two well behaved dogs welcome at £50 per dog. Please keep dogs downstairs and off the furniture.
- Hen parties welcome upon prior agreement
- No fireworks
- Noise policy in place
