Payment Process

• We take a one third deposit at the time of booking
• The balance is due three months before the date booked

Cautionary Deposit

• £2,000 refundable deposit (only for Sibton Park)

House Restrictions

• One well behaved dog welcome, sleeping downstairs
• Hen parties welcome
• Not suitable for stag parties

Arrival and Departure

• Check in 4pm
• Check out 11am
