- We take a one-third deposit at the time of booking
- The balance is due three months before the date booked

- £1,000 refundable deposit

- Noise policy in place - no music permitted outside the house, no music permitted after 11pm inside the house
- No fireworks
- Dogs welcome subject to extra charge of £25
- Hen and stag parties welcome
