    • We take a one third deposit at the time of booking
    • The balance is due three months before the date booked

    Cautionary Deposit

    • £1,000 refundable deposit

    House Restrictions

    • Dog friendly. Up to two well-behaved dogs allowed (£25 per dog)
    • Not suitable for stag parties
    • Hen parties welcome

    Arrival and Departure

    • Week or Weekend bookings begin on Friday or Saturday
    • Check in is 4pm
    • Check out is 10am
