The stylish heated outdoor pool is set in a decked terrace close to the house, fenced in for safety. The hot tub is open all year round and the pool is open from May to September.
A stone’s throw away from the main terrace is the games room in a big old Cotswolds barn. With a pool table, table football, outdoor table tennis and lots of fun stuff for the young at heart.

The Family Room is a large, light, open-plan living space, with a natural stone floor, fully equipped kitchen area, island for chopping or chatting, enormous dining space seating up to 18 at your stunning oak table, and armchairs for relaxing.
From the Family Room you can step out onto a big terrace with a barbecue and plenty of garden furniture so that everyone can enjoy al fresco dining. Just round the corner is the South-facing pool terrace, with heated pool and hot tub.
The Living Room is a big, comfortable room with a home cinema and plenty of DVDs. At one end of the room is the library, with a well-stocked selection of books for all ages, plus maps for planning walks, and lots of information on things to do in the area. A great space for socializing, reading or just relaxing.
The Snug is a cosy room with comfy sofas, flagstone floors and a large log-burning stove. Original wooden shutters add a touch of warmth to your nights.
